"Some of the pillows and cushions had an overwhelming smell of greasy hair. Sadly, I didn't notice until I moved around in the night and woke up heaving. The fridge in the room sounded like it was taking off, too."
"Hotel was a bomb site - dirty, mouldy, stained and everything stank of paint as we’re re decorating.
Workmen everywhere, awful we left in 10 minutes and got alternative accommodation "
"Surprisingly quiet despite being located in middle of Golders Green
Literlly 2minuteswalk to bus stops
5 minutes to Golders Green Underground Station"

"We came to London to see a couple of shows and stayed just one night. For London the price was low so we were really surprised at the quality and the standard of service. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was great and all the staff were so polite and helpful. We were able to leave our bags on both days very easily which was a great help. We had a drink in the bar and coffee and pastry in the coffee shop - both were good. We will certainly stay here again!"
"Not a particularly well equipped room. Booked a triple family room, a grand total of 4 pillows between 3 beds. 1 Coffee cup between the three of us. Air con motor was quite loud. The train line is very noisy, there is little / no insulation to this. If I stay again, I will ask for a room the other side as it woke us all up in the night"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Its only a 15mins walk from Kings cross or 1 tube stop.
The room was nice and clean with a small mini fridge and kettle in the room.
We are also really grateful that they now hand out free vegan cookies along with their normal cookies as our son has a dairy intolerance, so he was so happy he now also receives a cookie at check-in."
