Overall great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice room was nice and big. I only wish there was a fan in the bathroom and the pool was a little bigger- but overall great stay.

Two things were the main disappointments . The hot tub was not hot.. barely lukewarm, we were not told about this, big disappointment. They charge 11 per person for a basic breakfast that would be free anywhere else Property was clean and felt very safe

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional! LOVED THE COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE TO MAIN STREET!!! Jef with 1 F was awesome! This shuttle service allowed us to have a great time and to be safe. Rooms were clean and spacious. The jacuzzi and pool were nice. The beds were comfy. Would stay here again. Our girls getaway here was just what the doctor ordered.

Front desk clerk was great. Decided to have a drink in the little “lounge”. One other couple in there. Waited 15 minutes, was never greeted or spoken to. Finally just left.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed quiet at night and blackout blind. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi after skiing and the city bus stop in front of the hotel and the shuttle service to Canyons. Breakfast was complete and reasonably priced. Wish dinner selections were greater than sandwiches, burger and salads. Not having a car I either took the bus to Main Street restaurants in Park City or ate at the hotel.

Staff was great. Location was good with easy access to freeway and downtown Park City. Breakfast was good, and they had late afternoon snacks. Also they have this cute King Charles Cavalier that will greet you.
