The shower tub combination was difficult to figure out. And no one could attend to it until the next working day. Sometimes it best to keep plumbing fixtures simple for ease of use. On a positive note, you are steps away from Gare de est making it extremely convenient to get to any part of the city on the metro including the airport. Great connectivity. We stayed 2 nights there as we needed to get to Brussels from Gare du Nord which is 5-7 mins walk from Gare de est station.

A good place for an overnight when I had an early train to catch. Very nice area 5 minutes from the hotel, walk towards the canal. Room was comfortable and staff friendly.

The room was a bit small but for the price, I can't really complain. The convenience to transportation was the best part of the local. Just a five minute walk to the Gare de L'est Metro. Took about 45-50 minutes to get to the airport.

Well located hotel with nice polite staff. However, the rooms are tiny, the window has no view (looked into a fire escape with no sight of the sky) and the overall condition is a bit worn down

Lady at service desk challenged me.about whether breakfast was part of my room and board, even though I had paid for it, at the point of check in. There was also no working safe in my room. **Disappointing Experience** The location of the hotel is convenient as it’s close to the subway, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff at the hotel were poorly trained and failed to inform us about important details, like the fact that breakfast was not included in our stay. During a previous stay at a hotel in Brussels, we were clearly informed that breakfast wasn’t included, but the staff kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast. However, at this hotel in Paris, there was no such communication. We unknowingly picked up our breakfast and were about to start eating when a staff member quietly asked for our room number. We were confused and decided to check with the reception, only to find out that breakfast was not included. We left without eating, but to our frustration, we were still charged for it. This incident spoiled our vacation. Additionally, the room itself was lacking essential amenities. There was no iron, refrigerator, or closet, which are expected in a four-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel two stars instead of the three it claims to be.

Es war vom Bahnhof Paris Est gut zu erreichen. Restaurants in der Umgebung. Metro gut erreichbar. Das Hotel sehr schön eingerichtet. Tolle Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstücks Buffet. Koffer Aufbewahrung war möglich, sodass wir nur mit Rucksack die Stadt erkunden konnten. Gerne wieder!!!

Fina rum men små. Hela hotellet är litet men fint. Frukosten är liten med dåligt utbud för att vara så dyr. Gå hellre snett över gatan till ett café som serverar jättegod frukost och som är billigare.
