Very small rooms, not good for more than one person. Nice and clean and appeared to have been recently decorated. We were not made aware at time of booking that the hotel was having work done and the builders start at 9.30. Asked for extra pillows on arrival (just 1 each in the room) told no spare pillows in the hotel which was odd so not a very comfortable few days. Very basic hotel, about 10 - 15mins drive to Disneyland Paris.

Noisy on one morning when leaf blowers and strimmers started Rooms very small. Bathrooms tiny. Everything got soaked during a shower as shower curtain was completely useless. Some lights not working. Broken sockets. But generally quite clean and car park easy to find space.

Ideal location if you are going Disney land and have a car, only down side I would say is the breakfast was weak could do better but overall staff and room were brilliant.

If i could rate 0 I would. Had to pay 5€ for parking even though the gate was broken. And while we were sleeping people came in to our room because they gave it away again! They did nothing to resolve it, no different room, no compensation no refund! They broke the privacy rules and won’t even own up to it, didn’t answer my emails and just flat out refused when expedia contacted them.. please save yourself headaches and refrain from booking here..

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, felt unsafe. Do different from the other sister hotel. There’s budget hotel and then there’s this hotel, not worth it, stay somewhere else

Never go there.

There was no rooms available when reached there for late check-in. Even i informed i will be check-in late. And reception staff was not very helpful amd i had to find another place after my long trip. Hotels.com where i made the booking also not helping and i still not got the refund.. im still calling their customer service and waiting on calls for hours..

Card payment was not available at check in. No lights in room. Switched to another room. 2 of 3 lights working. Bits on floor. Booked a family room as previously had one here but this time had 3 singles instead of a double and a single. When I questioned it I was told that’s what I booked even though I had a similar booking 5 days previous with a double and single bed. Our door was open on arrival and all vacant rooms had all doors left open which I’ve never seen in a hotel before. No fire escape plans in rooms either. (I know it’s uk legislation, maybe not France?). Wouldn’t return

It was my biggest mistake to stay there there was some building workis i the hotel which wakes us up early morning with loud noise i have complain to the reception to change my room or stop the work early morning he didnt understand english and the one understand us he didint know there was any work i am not happy with any service i was there for holidays to have some good time and sleep but with that noise and such small bathroom where hardly u can enter and some of the light wasnt working the room was dark but the receptionist told us he dont have any room to give us i would to claim for refund

A notre arrivé, les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes malgré que nous sommes arrivées 30 minutes après l'heure d'arrivée indiquée pour avoir la chambre. Au niveau de propreté, c'est très mal géré, il y a des taches partout et l'équipe de l'hotel ne renouvelle pas les équipements de la chambre (savon, papiers toilette, serviettes, etc...). L'equipe n'est pas très aquillante ni sympa. Le seul point positive c'est l'emplacement de l'hotel (environ 25 mins de Disneyland)

J'avais réservé dans cet hôtel dans le but de me consacrer pleinement à la formation que jachevais de suivre. Il m'a ete impossible de me reposer correctement. Énorme porosité des murs. Un bruit infernal venant de tous côtés, les couloirs arpentés continuellement par des occupants qui claquent les portes. Lit 1 place alors que j'avais demandé un double. Tout était décevant et loin de correspondre à la prestation promise.

Personnel sympathique, toilette et douche dans la chambre ce qui est n'est pas toujours le cas pour un hôtel première classe, dommage qu'il n'y avait plus de gel dans ma chambre et que la douche n'était pas très puissante, bon petit déjeuner , proximité avec des restaurants à quelques km.
