The hotel is nice and only a 10 minute walk to the parks which was very convenient. The beds were comfy but the rooms especially the bathrooms are overdue a refurbish.

Positives - staff super friendly, convenient location for walking to parks, we enjoyed buffet for dinner, slide in pool for kids. Negatives - one small lift for getting from ground entry level from parks to reception area which with number of prams is not adequate, decor outdated.

A great base from which to easily walk to the Disneyland parks. Staff were lovely. The decor in the corridors and rooms is a little dated but the rest of the hotel is smart. Would recommend as this has been great for our family of four 😁
