La chambre semblait plus spacieuse en photo et j’ai dérangé par le service à 8h de matin alors que le départ est à 11h L’accès Netflix était impossible sur la télé alors qu’il y avait l’option Je reste sur ma fin !

First impressions of the property were this would be a nice place to stay. However after the first night when the air conditioning broke (and was out the rest of the stay) and no hot water the next morning made for a miserable stay.

Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Chambres vetustes. Draps de bain tachés. Mauvaises odeur dans les chambres. Merite un sérieux rafraîchissement. Petit déjeuner chaotique…. Pas de tables, pas de couverts…le personnel est dépassé voir absent. Incroyable. A éviter….

We were given an accessible/ handicap room with no option to switch. The floor it was on had an unpleasant smell. No air conditioning in the rooms until June. Hotel staff was available but not overly attentive or friendly.

Très mauvais accueil, service désagréable.

Malgré la confirmation reçue par mail par les soins de Hotels.com, aucune réservation n’était trouvable dans le système du client. Ce problème a été très mal traité par le réceptionniste qui a été malpoli et insinué un fraude de notre part. Nous devions donc repayer notre réservation.

Ein sauberes Zimmer in einem ordentlich geführten Hotel mit gutem Service. Kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Einfahrt der Garage die sehr eng und von der Höhe auf 1,90 begrenzt ist. Mit meinem Vito XL habe ich es grade so geschafft hineinzukommen.
