Nice hotel. The shuttle wasn’t useful for us due to the time but the local buses are very convenient for the airport. We stayed 2 nights to help a baby recover from a long flight and the village had good playgrounds and food to buy.

The staffs we're very nice. They we're very helpful. We arrived in Paris 6am and our check-in time was later but they let us check-in early with a little cost which wasn't so expensive. They only thing I didnt like was their toilet had a smell and it was bad ,they didn't change our towels or give us enough towels and lastly they didn't give us a refill on coffee and tea /cream. But overall everything was great. 😊

The hotel was super clean which in my opinion is the most important, and front desk staff were friendly! The room was super small (which we expected). We had 2 shower towels in the room but no hand towels or cloths and no garbage can in the bathroom. The air conditioning was not great and never reached out desired temperature. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, breakfast was highly disappointing and nothing like the photos on the website. Definitely not worth the add on cost. Airport shuttle also only runs during peak hours only and there is an additional charge. We had to find out own transport to go mid day.

This is a very old hotel. It only offers the basics. A bed and shower. The rooms are VERY clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The shower/water was great. I only stayed here because I missed my connection and scrambled to find a room as hotels were filling up and I did not want to spend $800 at the airport Sheraton. Worked for a sleep and go the next day. Nite, the room had a coffee maker and in the bathroom a hair/body liquid soap dispenser by the sink and in the shower.

Staff are great! Very friendly, helpful and sweet with a great sense of humour. I really enjoyed the staff at the hotel, bar and restaurant. They are absolutely 10/10! The hotel is going through some renovations which is good as the building itself seemed rather dated and dirty and needs some TLC. The room was extremely cold and we could not get the heat to work. We had already changed rooms once due to a bed smell in the first one so we did not want to bother changing again as we only spent one night. For the price we paid for the night, this was more than fine for a short stay. I hope the renovations go well and the hotel gets a refresher as it has great potential and the staff are exemplary!

The property is good, the location is pretty, the room was big. The reason for 3 stars is the staff. I decided to pay extra to stay longer in the suit and specifically asked the lady at the reception if the cleaning staff will be aware so they wouldn’t knock and bother me. She immediately answered that she will, of course, let them know about the changes of my checkout time. Well, the cleaning staff bothered me twice in two extra hours I paid for. Despite me even saying to the cleaning lady herself that I will checkout at the new time, she opened the door while I was still in the suit one hour before the new checkout time. She didn’t knock, she opened the door saying “maintenance” or something like that. She then knocked again, thirty minutes prior the checkout time, when I opened the door she told me she came to clean. Also, a different cleaning lady kept knocking at the door two hours before the original checkout time. There weren’t any door pamphlets saying “do not disturb” in my suit, but as I was leaving I saw one door having it on the doorknob (I wonder where my pamphlet was). There was also a pamphlet on some doors saying something like “please clean”, so I don’t understand why the cleaning staff was so eager to clean my room, the one without any “clean” pamphlets on it. I also want to mention that the people at the reception could be more welcoming considering the fact they work in a hospitality field. The suit also didn’t have a refrigerator.
