"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally.
Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful.
The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."
