Perfect for a short stay. We stayed at the hotel to visit Disneyland. Rooms are rudimentary, but very clean and basically all you need is available. 15min walk to the RER station or 10min to a supermarket. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Would recommend!

Awful room and awful staff.

Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all.

Will not recommend but may be ok for Disneyland

At check in they struggled to find our booking. Not sure if this was hotels.com issue or their issue. No apology was given for the hassle at checkin considering it was already 10:30 pm. The room is quite small for the price. The bed was big enough though and the bathroom was good size. The bed linen was not washed properly with lots of stains on the duvet cover which put us off. The breakfast had very limited choice and no hit food. Although on the third day we did get some scrambled eggs we didn’t have those on the first 2 days. The staff didn’t seem friendly or courteous- may be they are not used to families staying there. Seems to be more of a corporate stay hotel. The hotel is close to the station but seems to be nothing around it much. The appearance of the hotel is also not that good.

L’accueil a été relativement froid et impersonnel. La seconde porte de la chambre ne fermait pas du tout, ce qui fait que l’on entendait tous les bruits alentours. La baignoire était bouchée, ce qui est peu pratique pour prendre une douche.

Facile d'accès pour la gare pour le RER et le bus. Proche d'un centre commerciale. Tout était propre et les employés sont très gentils. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Seul petit bémol nous entendions les voisins, mais pour le prix cela valait quand même le coup !

Billigt, småt og lidt godt.

Hotellet virkede udefra som om det var lukket men præsentabelt indenfor. De taler kun fransk, hvilket er lidt underligt da der kommer mange turister. Værelserne er meget små og vi var 3 på værelset i en dobbeltseng og en udslået sovesofa. Ingen plads at komme rundt på og ingen steder at komme af med tøjet fra kufferten. Vi prøvede en enkelt gang at spise aftensmad men det blev en skuffende oplevelse. Vi ville også smøre et par håndmadder og tage med på tur om morgenen, men det blev der slået hårdt ned på at det måtte vi ikke. Hotellet er ikke så dyrt at bo på og der er fine transport muligheder til Disneyland og Paris. 3 stop til Disneyland og 10 stop til Paris.

Keine Weiterempfehlung! Die vom Hotel veröffentlichten Bilder sind nicht sehr realitätsnah. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen. Durch einen Laubengang erreicht man die Zimmer, dadurch entsteht der Motelcharakter. Die Zimmer sind sehr ungemütlich und alles andere als einladend. Am letzten Abend roch es auf ein Mal (ohne erkennbaren Grund) sehr stark nach Zigarette im Zimmer- der Gestank lies sich auch nicht durch Lüften oder Ausschalten der Klimaanlage nicht verringern. Beim Auschecken wurde darauf nur mit Achselzucken reagiert. Zum Frühstück muss man mehrfach durch die Kälte und das ist ziemlich unangenehm- gerade jetzt im Winter. Das Frühstück ist allerdings wirklich in Ordnung! Da kann man nicht meckern. Das Personal erledigt seinen Job. Unfreundlichkeit der vorangegangen Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Es wurde regelmäßig alles aufgefüllt. Schade, dass nur am ersten und zweiten Tag (unter der Woche) eine Auswahl an Wurst und Käse gab. An den folgenden Tagen (Wochenende) gab es nur Kochschinken und Scheibenkäse- vorher gab es drei verschiedene Wurstsorten und Weichkäse. Einzig positiv: die Nähe zum Disneyland, die moderne Lobby und kostenfreie Parkplätze.
