"Good room amenities. "

"High quality hotel with good fitness facilities including an outdoor and indoor pool (water is a bit cold though). Rooms are huge with a very comfortable bed, and are very clean and well maintained. WiFi in rooms is not great, better in the lobby. No bar that I could find and info on where the two restaurants are located was poorly signposted and poor info on them in the room. They are on level B by the way. E-cafe Western restaurant was ok, but they literally had the same buffet...

"We are here for the papygo theme park which is installed in the hotel. The hotel also used the theme park for the tourism marketing. The theme Parks were closed down for upgrading work on 15 May 2019 and the hotel personnel mentioned that they are two separate operator and they will not be responsible for the temporary close down of the theme park. Please take note of this if you are booking of this hotel because of the theme park like us to avoid any disappointment."
