"If you cannot tolerate the smell of cigarette - be sure to request a room on the 9th floor. We specifically requested a non-smoking room and still got placed in a room (8th floor) that allow smoking. The staff was at least apologetic and found us another room quickly, but we wasted about 20-25 minutes in the meantime which was not very pleasant after having travelled all morning. Otherwise the room itself is clean. Water pressure is on the weaker side but tolerable for one night."

"The room is very comfortable. The bedding was superb. The staff very nice and helpful. It is located in a shopping center which is very convenient for eating. Many options of restaurants. The only complaint was the internet, a little slow. And if you are a light sleeper you will need some earplugs. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel."
