"Great comfortable and fun for the entire family"

"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."

"The hotel room was nice just needs so many updates to it. When you take a shower make sure you dont flood the bathroom the shower curtain doesnt work good at all. The soap dispenser act like they were empty but you can see that they are full. The frist day when housekeeping came to the room they didnt replace the towels that we used. Tv remote didnt work that great with the TV. The breakfast was ok not your typical breakfast you would get for free with your stay. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, donuts, fruit and orange juice. Wish they had bagels or even yogurt. I thought we were getting like a ticket to go eat at the buffet not have food brought over from them. Other than that it was a nice affordable stay."

"The rooms has been renovated but still needs a little more tlc. The beds sits high. The blankets on the bed are really thin. Also the bath towel is thin. The breakfast was not its best. It could definitely use some more option with fresh fruit. The eggs was not fully cooked. Front desk was really friendly. The hotel was not bad for the price. If needed to again I’ll stay again. "

"Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was egg McMuffin and biscuits and gravy along with other options. Room was incredible and location to pigeon Island was awesome. The price was incredible (off-season). Definitely going to stay there again. "

"Rooms were in need of some upgrades but it was reasonably clean. Most rooms looked very accessible but the one we chose didn’t have any parking."

"Nice basic room. Bed was very comfortable. Ever time I left the room I had to go back down to the desk because our keys did not work. Someone on our floor was smoking wacky tobacco. "
