Checkin was smooth. Room was clean. Bed was too firm. Place is old and the refurbish is just okay, but it’s a very decent budget stay. I’d stay there again.

Quality Suites Morristown West
Property was fine. Issue was expedia didnt confirm the reservation and i couldnt check in. They needed to call the hotel and place a reservation which too 30 minutes
