"Pool areas are fantastic. Food is average. Breakfast was average, however, bacon and sausage were very greasy. Potatoes were dry. Would do better going out for breakfast"

"Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was hot and good. The parking was easy. Room was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay here."

"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."

"The only thing that I can say about this place was not knowing they were requiring a $250 deposit. If I known I would’ve bought a credit card just for that and I also took over three days to get that deposit back. Also, the porches are not made for total privacy."
