"Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"The resort and customer service was amazing. Bit disappointed with the beach, there’s a few broken glasses we saw that could lead to a potential accident. There’s only a few spots to swim since there’s lots of weeds. Saw few people eating and drinking closer to the water that is quite a bot harmful to the cleanliness of the beach as well. Quite a bit pricey as well ( f & b and room rates)"

"The resort is quiet, which is what I was looking for. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need to include wifi, cable tv, and A/C. Beware of the road that leads to the resort is very rough and bumpy. "

"We thought the staff was very accommodating and kind, they also spoke English well. We even got the chance to meet the owner who was very nice and knowledgeable, however I would not stay here again. All of the furniture was falling apart literally, the cable did not work nor did we have hot water, the kitchen sink was hanging off the hinges and the bathroom was disgusting. There was bugs everywhere and no drinking water. We woke up one morning to no power, wifi, or running water for a few hours....

"It is just perfect! The location is great, the stuff is amazing and the hotel itself is extremely cute! The stuff at the reception helps with everything, from organising tours, drivers, amazing massages to dinner reservations. We just loved staying here. When we go back to Panglao, we won’t stay anywhere else, for sure!"

"The view out to sea was good. At 6am every morning the tourist boats would start thier noisy diesel engines. Pool is very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The shore either side of the hotel was very dirty with litter."
