"The hotel was not bad, just for a stop and go purpose or if you just need a place to rest.
The Bad:
The towels were too thin for drying after a bath, and hot water takes too long to get. The shower head definitely needs changing (seems it has been there years). The television needs updating so you can watch movies with better clarity. The refrigerator is way too small and the breakfast on the 6th floor is a bit too trying. It may be better to get breakfast on the run outside.
The Good:
Very nice location - close to amenities and the Metro Station. Easy to come and go. Place is clean enough and rooms are cleaned daily with a change of linen/towels. Staff is friendly and receptive.
Overall, I would give this hotel a 2.5 and may even push to 3 out of 5. It may be worth your while to check out other accommodations, but for the price point, its fine."
"The room was rather small and Hotel is centrally located. I will say that the highlight was the friendly staff. Just so you know come out of the rooms and bathrooms are pretty tiny, the balconies are pretty small as well so it’s a good spot if you’re looking to not stay super long or you are traveling solo"
"I couldn't get a response regarding an airport shuttle so contacted hotels.com who also failed. It was going to cost $30. My Uber cost less than $20. Clean room, but very uninviting and worn. AC was not on when I entered. It finally got too cold, but there was no way to adjust it. No coffee or water. Very nice shower, but towel rack was across the room. Only a tiny soap dish so nowhere to place your shower items. Toilet only flushed if you held the handle for a while. Hot water faucet in bathroom was broken, so tepid water only. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower between flights, so it worked for me, but it wasn't worth the money in my opinion."
"The room was very clean
Amenities, water, and linen were replenished when need. Always clean towels. Housekeeping was very nice. The staff were friendly, but I think because we spoke no Spanish and they spoke little English, we did not have many conversations. The guy who checked us in was very helpful. He told us of the good spots to shop and explore. Breakfast was the best part of the day. The food was so good. We ate at the restaurant almost every night. The food was chef kissed. We did not use the laundry service. The night shift bartender or supervisor was the nicest gentleman, who made us feel very welcome. The wait staff were great. We would be back later this year or same time next year. Feel comfortable in your decision to book this hotel.
