"The only good thing here was the view. The room was not clean well. The tub had sand, the dishes were dirty, the stove didnt work well. Went to office to inform them that the floor was dirty and the beds had sand on them, noone ever came to change the sheets or anything. The smell of weed throughout the day was not fun at all, smoking by the pool. Couldnt even open the balcony door because the smell was strong. "

Never support this business because they do NOT care about their customers - stained sheets upon arrival - dirty shower upon arrival - no housekeeping for the entire 6 days of stay and false advertisement on Expedia stating that there would be daily housekeeping - no towels at the pool provided and when asked they gave hand towels as if it was their normal procedure - staff lied multiple times about housekeeping being told to clean the room which never got done - elevator lights didn’t work and some buttons didn’t work to call for the elevator - cold coffee in the lobby in the mornings - disgusting hot tub and tiny - staff gave robotic and non empathic responses to unresolved issues during the stay "

"Overall the property was great, my only complaint is the reserving of pool chairs when it is against the rules but people do it. This makes it really difficult for families to enjoy pool when people reserve chairs then go to beach all day and the people that stay have no chairs during that time. There needs to be personnel to enforce this rule so pool area can be more enjoyable to all. Or add more chairs to that area or a time limit to help. But we did enjoy the beach and pool during our stay. Great location too! "

"When we arrived at check-in the main heated pool & hot tub was out of service. Then on arrival to our room, it was not clean and had a musty odor. There were stains on the bedskirts, the curtains had rips in them. We stayed at this exact hotel a few years ago & loved it but it had tremendously went downhill. We actually opted for a refund as soon as we seen the room conditions & found another place to stay. The staff were friendly and understanding. I would no longer recommend this hotel. "

"The room was great even had a washer and dryer. However, even those this place is for “kids” the rules for pool are a little too much. Not only that but going in march they should have been heated still but the water was way too cold to get in and the hot tub was packed with people skin to skin. Also don’t like the fact that if you have family that are locals that they can’t buy a day pass to visit and enjoy things with you, other hotels allow it. Staff was friendly during check in & out. But this will definitely be our first and last visit to splash. "
