"The rooms need some serious attention when it comes to cleaning. I understand it’s an older hotel so I was not expecting luxury. I had to ask that housekeeping sweep and mop the floors. Sand was everywhere when we checked in. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The floor was a little sticky and had hairballs on the floor. I hope management reads reviews and focus on cleaning. Since the hotel is older and dated cleanliness is a must. Other than that the stay was great. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was chefs kiss. I noticed the front desk area was newly renovated. I hope they take time to renovate the rooms. Deep cleaning, painting, and new couches/sofa beds would do this place wonders. Sofa bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. With all that said I would stay again in a weekend stay and bring supplies to clean! "

"My kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. The carpet was not torn but was out dated. The room was clean however the air was left off so we first got there it was a musky smell but after the air conditioner ran a few minutes it disappeared however for the price we definitely would go back"
