"Did. It feel clean. Check in process was awful…slow. Very loud area…we had 3 young kids with us and if I would’ve known more about this location there’s no way I would’ve booked here especially with my children….you get what you pay for here. Only plus was beautiful beach views. "

"The unexpected charge of $15 Plus taxes a night per car per night was a huge disappointment and really affected my vacation. I was under the impression when I got trip total from Expedia. It was the total amount I would pay for the trip. I feel like I should have been four warned about the additional expense. It was over $100 with all three vehicles. Plus. If not for that, my trip would have probably been a lot better and things would have looked a lot different. The front desk staff and the overall housekeeping. Everyone was really great. Was doing a great job. Great personalities. I enjoyed them. Felt bad for the front office. Hearing all the complaints from the additional pay for parking from all the customers that didn't know about it so I didn't say much then but I'm saying it now in my review, VERY DISAPPOINTED "

"Pool was clean but filled with kids. They were ok. The chairs were mostly ok… some needed covers. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony was wonderful with the view of the beach and the ocean. The pool was beautiful especially at night when the lights lit the pool up. The seating at the pool was very comfortable and had a great ocean view. The weather was great. The breakfast was phenomenal and fresh and had a wonderful selection. The staff was extremely courteous and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay we will be staying here again on our next trip."

"The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. Sand was present throughout the room, the linens appeared unclean, and both the air conditioning and heating were nonfunctional. The pull-out mattress was in poor condition, with visible stains and what appeared to be pest droppings. Despite being a non-smoking property, the room had a persistent smoke odor, and we were incorrectly charged for it, even though no one in our party smokes. I would not recommend this property."

"The staff was very nice and helpful....but my room was not what it looked like on the internet....It seems like they need a little remodeling but it was paint spots on the floor and the tub was chipping off with black spots....I had to put a towel in the tub so I can take a shower...I think it could have been better...Seems to me they were in a rush to finish."

"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"
