"My girlfriend and I stayed here during Labor Day weekend as a staycation. We chose the el Prado hotel since it's so convenient to be straight in the downtown Palo Alto area where we can just walk to explore all the nearby restaurants (ate at Meyhouse, Urban Momo, Nobu, Rikyu) and shops (Bell's Books). The staff was friendly, gave us suggestions on where to eat, and sent drinking water to our room when we asked. Our room faced their small parking lot and on Saturday night there was a wedding going on but we did not hear much music or noise. The room was clean, AC works, and we would definitely come back in the future. Tips for the hotel 1. Have a drinking water dispenser on each floor 2. The signs pointing to the rooms after getting off the elevator, I suggest changing that to be a range like "401 - 410 -->" and " <== 411 - 420""

"Great location. Just minutes to Standard University, restaurants, mall and hospitals. Easy parking, clean and quiet rooms. Their service getting better each time we visited. Their outdoor seating is a plus. We love to seat near the fire pit and chat with friends. Or just watch and listen to water falls. Simply relaxed. Staffs are warm and welcoming! Super helpful!"
