"Beautiful property. I am a Marriott member who asked for an early check in if possible. Totally understand if it’s not. Waited at 2:00 in a long line only to find out it wasn’t . No problem. I’ll be back at 3:00 check in time. At 3 I waited in a long line again only to be told room isn’t ready. Probably another hour. After a long day of flying all I want to do is get in my room. Not hang for hours in the lobby. It would have been nice to be offered a free drink in the bar. Or take off the $20 parking. Or here’s a coupon for breakfast tomorrow. Something. Anything. All i got multiple times was Sorry."

"Everything was great. The place is not new, so there are some things that come with age, but it was as clean as it could hope to be. Everyone we interacted with was very nice…which was just the receptionist when we checked in and when we checked out. Would stay there again. I’d advise anyone thinking about staying there to make sure they get a room with the shower and bathroom in the room. I didn’t know it could be any other way, but I think I would have been upset if I didn’t know before hand."

"The room was compact which was fine. The bathroom was a wet room with a confusing shower control handle and no room to place a small bag. It was quiet location that was easy to locate. The staff were friendly they offered a great variety of snacks, water and drinks. It did offer a lovely outdoor space. My only complaint was I booked a room with a queen bed but we got a room with a full sized bed."

"I have rarely experienced such attentive staff. They thought of things I hadn’t even consider when making my order. For example I ordered a glass of wine and some cheese and they offered me crackers to go with it which I thought was lovely. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and we felt very welcome and the minute we arrive till the minute we left when they asked to come back soon, so I highly recommend the Clement."
