"the hotel has filthy carpet, the front desk was not always staffed, i was charged a $24.35 fee for nothing, i never ate any food and they didn't code me on check in and they tried to charge me an early check in fee if $25.00 i called them they never picked up the phone. Then they were going to charge me a late checkout feee even through they told me i could have a late checkout."

"Expedia got this rating wrong. This is at best a two star hotel. The hotel rooms were in rough shape and the property was in disrepair. It was not that clean. Staff wasn’t friendly. It was in a good central location"
