Room was lovely with a balcony, though if possible ask for one that's not on the first floor, where what you see is the pool. The Harbor view from upper floors is beautiful. Daily resort fee covers the usual, but they also provide a free shuttle into town which was so worth it and ice cream treats daily.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Mornings on the porch rocking chairs, walks on the pier were so very relaxing. When visiting the Charleston area, id highly recommend this hotel. It is an oasis away from the bustling downtown area.

We stayed on the beach club side which was wonderful. Room was great. Very clean room and hotel. Wonderful view. The disappoinment was the only breakfast option was buffet and was $25 a person. Dinner, the food and drink all great however they are under staffed therefore slow service. The people working there really had to hustle. It did have an outside bar and pool side service, though a very limited menu during the week. The people working there were exceptional I have to say.

Absolutely loved our stay. The service was five star. The amenities were wonderful. The only downfall was the water taxi was not running while we were there but we still had shuttle service if we chose to use it. Absolutely will be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel with great staff! The pools were great (close at 9 pm. I wish they stayed open later). The hotel bar was closed for different private events each of the 3 nights we stayed which was disappointing. Overall, it was a great hotel, great location, friendly staff, and great amenities.
