When our original accommodations fell through, we last minute booked a room here. By the time we made it to the hotel, we were exhausted from a long day of travel and one of us had a migraine. Lupita and Beatrice jumped right into action by grabbing a fan for the room and providing us with so many little things we forgot to pack. The next day, Paulina was able to get us into a different room that was more accommodating for the migraine, which felt like a lifesaver. The hotel was very clean, the pool was great, everyone was so nice and the location couldn’t be better! By the time we had to check out, we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit again! "
