"I loved my stay. A staff member walked me from the check-in desk to my room and showed me everything I needed to know about the room and the pool area. Talk about going above and beyond! The pool was warm and clean, the lounge chairs were comfortable, and there was citrus-infused ice water available on the pool deck. The air conditioner might be too loud for some, but to me, it's white noise, and most importantly, it kept the room plenty cold to counteract the 100 degree outdoor heat. The provided pour-over coffee that came in my room was good stuff. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was a bit soft for my taste because I prefer a firm to very firm mattress, but I still slept well. I appreciated being able to communicate with the hotel staff via text 24/7 and they were very responsive when I needed help with something. They provided housekeeping only on the days I wanted it and during the timeframe I requested. My room had a huge closet and a fridge with an actual freezer. The neighborhood was convenient and also somewhat upscale, depending on which direction I walked. I felt safe, including when coming back late at night. It was a nice area to walk around in after the sun went behind the mountains in the evening and it cooled off a bit. I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for a few days with two kids and my husband. The pool was fantastic, as were the common areas. The concierge is an absolute gem of a human being - you can tell he delights in his job and loves to share advice with guests! All the staff we interacted with was absolutely lovely and so kind. The hotel does seem to need some upkeep. Nothing major, but little things that add up: the faucet on our tub was askance, the sink slow to drain, the pool deck cement crumbling, etc. The location is great, connected to the convention center and close to downtown. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. All in all, we would definitely stay here again."

"We arrived a little earlier than expected but Martin at the front desk helped us with an up grade and got us checked in without much of a wait. There’s parking directly across the street from the property, which we opted to do because we used our car so much - which helps not waiting for valet. Our room was beautiful, we were upstairs with little sitting area, the pool is definitely the focal point of the stay ( so big!) and the amenities are Le Labo with Frette robes, so you just feel like you’re on a solid vacation!!"
