"This is a very nice and quiet hotel. Terry was great and she gave us the VIP treatment. It’s close to Palm Canyon and the main strip, but not too close, if you know what I mean:). It’s also not too far from all the restaurants and shopping centers in Palm Desert which is about a 20 minute drive on east Palm Canyon. Great staff and we will definitely return. "

"This hotel was a dream. They had an on site vehicle to drive you around town so you would t have to pay for Ubers, restaurants were amazing and the staff very helpful. The only minus was the room cleaning staff could’ve done a bit better. "
"From the moment I arrived at the Hilton Palm Springs Resort, I knew I had found a gem. The staff deserves the first mention—they were professional, approachable, courteous, and fun, which immediately set the tone for a welcoming and relaxing stay.
My room overlooked the pool, creating the perfect getaway vibe from corporate life. The lobby itself was beautifully decorated with modern, colorful furniture that made me smile every time I walked through.
The location is also ideal—plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Room service was another highlight; the food was fresh and delicious, and it quickly became a family favorite.
One of the best experiences was renting a poolside cabana—equipped with a television, fans, chilled water, and plenty of comfortable seating. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine in comfort.
This resort truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you, Hilton Palm Springs Resort, for an unforgettable stay!"
