David and Malinda were absolutely the best part of our stay, they were so helpful accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. This property is currently being renovated so we were unable to use our private spa but the guest spa was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable and brand new. It will definitely be very nice when it’s complete.

The property is still under improvement. They appeared to be understaffed and didn't have our room ready when we checked in around 7pm, when check in was at 3pm. The private pool area wasn't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures. However, the community hot tub and the pool were nice amenities. Staff, David and Melinda, were great and very welcoming.

The property is currently being renovated and the rooms are turning out great. The varying temps of the pool were perfect for the fluctuating temperatures in the desert. Comfortable beds. Private mineral pool en suite was amazing. Will be back. Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking, and accommodating.

It appeared that updates were underway in the lobby area, but the staff was very attentive & thorough. The room was very comfortable & had all we needed. The “private pool” was not what we expected, but we didn’t get in any of the pools since we were traveling through & didn’t want wet suits in our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & for the price, it was great!

The main attraction here is supposed to be the indoor hot tub and sauna but both were not working. The hot tub was extremely hot and the sauna wasn’t on or did not work. The staff is friendly but on initial contact it felt very unprofessional. The rooms need a work but are spacious.

Bedding was dirty and smelled disgusting. The pools are dirty and not maintained or cleaned properly. Don't let the pictures convince you, they are all fake and deceiving. The property management are nice but they look sketchy and they have no idea how to run a business. The place is run down and old. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me!

The description for the room booked was very misleading. The amenities offered on website were not available to us. Upon arrival the front door had no lock and the window lock was broken. The WiFi never worked for us and when we asked for help no one came to help. The pictures posted online are not the same on how room looks in person.

The best part of this hotel is the staff! Dave and Melinda are so kind and helpful. Dave is working really hard to make this hotel great. The only reason I chose 3 stars was because the Expedia photos were AI. I felt lied to. The hotel was just fine without the promise of more. It felt like the hotel just opened and the owner was over selling. Hotel was private and clean. Pools are very nice. Our private hot spring was HOT! Too hot to go in. We can’t wait to see when Dave finishes that private space. No Wifi. Continental breakfast is a granola bar. There are no irons in the room and I recommend bringing pool towels.

Llegamos a las 3 p.m. para el check-in, pero la habitación no estaba lista. La manager se portó muy amable y nos pidió disculpas, y nos dio otra habitación, pero no tenía microondas ni refrigerador, como en el anuncio y al reservar. Las habitaciones no son iguales a las fotos, un poco parecidas. Nos dijo la manager que tenían poco tiempo que re abrieron desde el 2020 el hotel, por eso le faltaba muchas cosas.Lo que si me gustó fue el jacuzzi de interior, y el jacuzzi de exterior también está grande . Lo que no me gustó fue el que no teníamos un refrigerador para meter agua fría o calentar comida .teníamos que salir a comprar afuera.
