"Friendly and helpful reception, cute rooms with nice gardens. The pool needed improving though, like the addition of some sun bathing, deck chairs not just plastic garden chairs plus plants need abit more looking after in that area. As well as the pond topping up with some more water. "

"The hotel is located a bit of a walk to the tourist zone, where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. That said, Palenque itself has a lot of nice restaurants to choose from, and the downtown area felt safe to walk around. Personally I would stay closer to downtown next time. The hotel was nice enough, we arrived on a Thursday, and it looked like the pool was not looked after. By Friday this was resolved, it seems they clean the pool for the weekend crowd. We had to ask for hot water...

"Since you arrive, everyone makes you feel very welcome. All of the hotel is Mayan inspired. The pool is beautifull in its jungle surroundings. And the attention from everyone that works here is the best"
