Super fijne en ruime kamer met een hele ruime nette badkamer. De accommodatie ligt prachtig in de jungle, we hebben op het resort brulapen gezien en genoten van het zwembad. Het eten vonden we oké. Heel fijn dat je hapjes en drankjes bij het zwembad kon laten brengen.

Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available, it would have been a perfect experience.

Absolutely gorgeous in the middle of the jungle. Saw so many cool animals: monkeys, macaws, iguanas. Great pool! Excellent wifi too!

3rd summer in a row visiting Palenque and this is our to go hotel, staff is always nice, friendly and respectful. We did have a small leak due to heavy rain but we are not super picky guests. Just hope they cleaned the pool tiles.

Un hambiente agradable cuenta con amplios espacioss y un jardin enorme que abarca cada rincon del hotel, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño algo sencillas el tema de los colchones o comodidad al dormir deja mucho que desear, el mini split suena mas de lo deseado. y no cuenta con televisor. en general es muy bonito la psicina esta rodeada de vegetacion y buena sombra. en general bien pero reitero no descansa nada bien en esa cama.

Receptie kwam niet vriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd over. Hielp andere mensen terwijl hij met mij bezig was en ik weer moest wachten. Ontbijt ook matig en een dag een drilboor horen omdat in het restaurant de vloer er uit gebikt moest worden was ook inaangenaam

The property is very nice, clean, and staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Hotel was also environmentally conscience a big plus. A side note as we were checking-in a 3 man crew from National Geographic was also checking-in. This just reassured us :)
