"The room is a dormitory room. The bed had no box spring, just a thin mattress on a platform. The bidet is in the shower. The walls and ceiling are covered with burlap. The staff was rude and unhelpful. You can hear the movie theatre next door in your room. We left early even thought the room was fully paid and non-refundable."

"Room was great- loved the semi-private 2nd bedroom. It was also a large space, so our toddler could crawl around. Location was good- gated. Enough parking and close to the house. Be aware that you need to check your email before heading out to complete extra forms (e.g., submitting pics of passports) before receiving check-in instructions. I would have preferred this email be sent at time of booking instead of a day or two before the stay. "

"Good value, fabulous breakfast. Rooms quite compact but spotlessly clean. Staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. The only downside the hotel was exceptionally hot. The only way to cool the room down seemed to be opening the window. "

"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."
