The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. "This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again. "

From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room.
We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely!

"The staff were truly so helpful and accommodating. I hadn’t booked anything before arriving and they scheduled a catamaran cruise for me in addition to some dinner reservations. They had anything and everything you could possibly need or ask for. I even requested a massage at 11pm for the following morning and it was confirmed within 10 minutes. Loved my stay! Location was great too! I was alone and always felt safe walking around. "
