"Love, love, LOVE this amazing boutique hotel!
From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room.
We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely!

"We loved our 3 night stay at Hotel Basilica, we can only recommend it for a city break in Palma. The hotel itself is very well finished and kept very clean. The staff were all excellent, very attentive and helpful. We opted to include breakfast in our stay, this was again excellent with high quality food and drink and a large selection available. The hotel is located excellently, within walking distance of the entire old town, the cathedral and the beach. The only improvement that could be suggested is that we booked a double bed room but it was made up with two twin beds pushed together, this was changed without any issues into a double bed for the second night when we pointed this out to reception."

"The staff were truly so helpful and accommodating. I hadn’t booked anything before arriving and they scheduled a catamaran cruise for me in addition to some dinner reservations. They had anything and everything you could possibly need or ask for. I even requested a massage at 11pm for the following morning and it was confirmed within 10 minutes. Loved my stay! Location was great too! I was alone and always felt safe walking around. "
