"The staffs, service, and cleanliness are all great. The surrounding area around the property seems kinda sketchy but safe during our entire stay. Would have been way better if they have rooms with AC cos sometimes it gets kinda hot and humid especially during daytime. "
"This hotel is hard to find in Terminal 2 of the airport but once you find the elevator to the 6th floor, it is amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and they offer water and sweets in the lobby, while you wait. They offered to add the breakfast during the check-in. Everything you could need is on the 6th floor. The room is nice and quiet. Air conditioning is quiet. The best thing was that we were all in checkout and go down the elevator and walk a few steps to check-in with our airline. Breakfast, was delicious- they offered traditional Mexican coffee and cafe “Americano” different types of juice, eggs any way you like and much more. I really felt comfortable here."
"My friend and I traveled to Mexico City on a brief vacation and stayed at Hotel Historico Central. They helped set up transportation from the airport to the hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed by warm and friendly faces. Every interaction that I had with any of the hotel staff was met with professionalism and genuine care for our well-being. The hotel was stunning, perfectly located and incredibly clean. The price was also right. The 24-hour Cafe service that included sandwiches and snacks was an excellent perk. The complimentary breakfast was delectable. They always have complimentary water bottles available. The rooms were perfectly sized and the beds embraced you with comfort.
Our vacation came to an abrupt halt when my friend suffered a medical emergency. The hotel connected me with a trusted doctor who came for a consultation and then recommended my friend be taken to a hospital immediately. Shortly after we arrived at the hospital, I received a text message from the hotel offering assistance of any kind. It was then that the hotel staff went from being staff to family.
Going through a time of crisis in an unfamiliar City is terrifying enough but the staff at Hotel Historico Central supported us and helped us through the crisis. And for anyone looking for accommodations in Mexico City, Don't think twice and book this hotel. You won't regret it. "
