Nice property but totally isolated from all restaurants and markets. Only 1 restaurant on property absolutely no where to buy waters or snack. There was a small bar with menu but nothing on menu was available for eating. This is only a place for weddings or gatherings. This not a place to stay overnight. I thought it was close to the airport it was 45 minutes. They offered no transportation so Uber and taxis both cost 75.00 USD one way. Very isolated and extremely confusing property to find your way around.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el lugar en general es precioso. Lo único que no me gustó es saber que la albera no fuera exclusiva del hotel, sino que fuera una alberca pública donde puede entrar cualquier persona sin estar hospedada, aunque la alberca esta bonita, no me gustó que no se aclarára este punto

La atención del personal fue super atenta. La habitación olía muy bien, estaba muy limpia y fresca. La alberca estaba climatizada y aunque no era taaan profunda, si se podía nadar. El restaurante también es precioso y los platillos son interesantes. Me dejó muchas ganas de volver.

Todo estuvo excelente, el personal muy servicial y gentil. Las habitaciones muy limpias y habitables. El lugar igual. Únicamente pondría menos flora en la alberca ya que la hace ver abandonada por la zona solita que se encuentra a un lado. Y del restaurante muy lindo y todo de calidad, sin embargo pondría más variedad de alimentos mexicanos que sean accesibles para los menores y para los mismos adultos. Sin embargo todo lo demás excelente.

No cuentan con planta de luz, por lo mismo en nuestras habitaciones no tuvimos luz por lo tanto hasta incomunicados por no poder cargar nuestros celulares. Las habitaciones no cuentan con teléfonos fijos ni aire acondicionado. Área de alberca nada que ver con la foto que presentan en su página muy descuidado y sucio el mobiliario. Personal cero amable, no dan solución a peticiones del huésped

me encantó el lugar, mi novio y yo nos hospedamos, encontramos el lugar de milagro ya que los demás lugares estaban carísimos. Mi novio es japonés y quedó impresionado de lo bonito que era el lugar, dijo que era impresionante y que no había lugares así de lindos en Japón. El restaurante, la alberca, el lago todo perfecto.

Es un lugar para descansar, tiene lo básico, pero la habitación no tiene ventilación, fue un dia muy caluroso y no hay ni un ventilador, no cuenta con aire acondicionado. El restaurante solo da servicio hasta las 6 de la tarde y no hay ningún tipo de alimento. El lugar mas cercano está a 10 minutos y un restaurante casi a 30 minutos
