"Everything about the hotel was tip top apart from one thing. Before arrival, we weren't warned about renovation work being carried out, not even by email. We were informed of this on arrival. We stayed two night's, and after the first night, the works started happening at SEVEN AM. We chose to give the hotel staff the benefit of doubt. After the second night (when we were due to check out) I complained to a member of staff at the concierge who insisted on gas lighting me and states the contrary until her colleague arrived to confirm that I was right. I wish I took her name to complain to NH hotel for the ridicule. Her colleague and her struggled to find a way to remedy our dissatisfaction, I suggested cancelling the tourist tax, i.e. they pay for it which they wouldn't. We were offered free parking but we didn't drive for this particular holiday. All we got was complimentary mini bar usage, so we raided it on check out. It was a slight compensation for the initial discomfort in a broken sleep. Would I stay again: yes, the buffet was fantastic and location for the hotel were phenomenal. My wife and I were not impressed by the initial way we were dealt with by the rude lady in reception (who I can't report to NH). 7/10"

"Check in was easy and they were very friendly and helpful, reception are there 24/7. Rooms are basic tidy amd clean. There are spare pillows of you need them. We didn't have breakfast. Its a great location 20 mins walk from the airport, 2min walk to the station and then a noice walk through the shopping area over the bridge and through to the tower. The location of this hotel is great."

"Clean room with balcony. Had a private fridge with complimentary ice tea in. Location is excellent - 10 min walk from air port or 5 min walk to train station. "

"Fantastic location, very walkable to the shopping area and leaning tower, near decent pizza place and lovely cafe. Quiet road. Superb breakfast! Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly. We had a great stay."

"Federico, the host absolute best I’ve had. Room was big and clean (room number 2), distance from airport walkable even with luggage and 20 mins from city center. If you want to have nice time and have good place to visit Pisa and other cities (3 min from train station) you can’t find a better place with better host. "
