"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. Great location, it is not far from restaurants, a local shop and only about 15 mins from the tourist are with the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, etc. Our host Virginia was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. "Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."

"We arrived at the hotel very late, to a friend of Welcome and the offer of room service for some drinks, as the hotel didn’t have a bar The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration. However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor. A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. I would happily stay there again "
