"A great little hotel with very clean rooms and in a quiet location. There is an inexpensive public car park very close to the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Not sure how its a 4-star. Anyway, the restaurant was really good, great food (but a bit heavy on cheese and light on mushrooms in the risotto) and wine. Special recognition for Tilly, who was very attentive. The fire alarm went off 12 times in the night, really? The room, No. 17, was way too hot, maybe that's what triggered the alarm? The heated towel rail was on full and I couldn't see how to turn it off. The bathroom extractor fan ran on for ages."

"Check in was good, we managed to get a car parking space. The Hotel was still being finished so It's difficult to give a full review. Staff were all excellent and food and drink was good. Only minor quibbles were: No lid on toilet seat. Lack of shelving in Bathroom and the sink is way too small for such a big space. All in all we would happily stay there again."

"The breakfast is fine but I would have liked a choice of pastries. Also just to warn if you have a buggy or similar - there isn’t a lift to the second floor. "

"We just needed a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable stay for one night and gif exactly that. Special mention for the cheery, polite and helpful young man on reception as we checked out. He helped start our day on a positive note and left us with a great impression."

"I always try to stay here when in the area. It's clean, nice rooms, good wifi, pleasant staff, great parking, and the breakfast is lovely (which is the main part when working away). Already booked my next room for when I'm in the area again next month."
