We had a great stay. Debbi was very accommodating the room was really comfortable with a lovely sea view. We really enjoyed the excellent choice at breakfast too.

It was a fantastic stay right from check in. The host was a lovely lady that went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The room exceeded our expectations. Very light, airy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I particularly enjoyed the continental buffet which included fresh fruit (strawberries, melons, blueberries etc) and yogurt. Fresh coffee served in a cafetiere. Full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and well presented. The location was great. Short walk to pier and attractions. Really couldn't fault our stay. Thanks!!

The staff was very nice ans made us fill very welcome, the location was perfect but you have to pay for.parking up till 6pm and from 8am. Breakfast was extremely nice , the only thing i would say is the matress was very well worn and could have done with changing.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Highly recommended!!

We booked the Hamilton as a last minute getaway for me and my partner and to say we was blown away would be an understatement! Beautiful hotel, fantastic service and a real gem in the heart of Southend! Can't wait to go back!

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room, walking distance to sea front one way and main town the other - about 5 minutes. Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising. Will definitely return!

The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again.

Lovely small hotel in a great location

Very nice small hotel, we were given a better room free as it was not booked. Nice spacious room and excellent shower. The breakfast was very good quality with a wide choice of options. Please consider using non single use bathroom supplies.

Pretty little hotel. Rooms well equipped & very clean. Debbie was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of choice & fresh & tasty…. & with a view over the sea, through some trees! Would definitely recommend.
