"Would have been nice if snacks in the room or were on the house I didn't take a vehicle because of traffic I'm in San Jose took Amtrak and my bike My bike isn't expensive bike $1,600 it cost me a Gary Fisher there was no place to park my bike I parked it on the front next to a temporary fence when I got up this morning my seat was gone there goes my vacation time at San Francisco I could not drive my bike without no seat I had a walk with my bike all over the place I was highly upset not blame anybody just couldn't believe it got stolen right in my other doorway there anyhow it was a beautiful lovely night there The beds were very comfortable back in the very spaces not bad at all thank you for this day "

"Excellent staff. Location was clean. Room was nice with everything you would expect. Great for a work trip. Most importantly, their parking was clean and secure, and they provide onsite self-parking."

"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

"No AC in the rooms, hallways smelled musty, wall paper was torn off the walls, the 15 a day for amenities was a joke. The breakfast was donuts, when asked about cinnamon free options due to a severe allergy was told nothing had cinnamon in it and almost everything did. Asked for a refrigerator to be brought to the room since we were paying for one and was told they were out. The bar was closed in a Friday which was one reason we wanted this stay. We thought it would be fun to have a drink and play shuffleboard. Over all highly disappointed and will never be back."

"The hotel itself was fine, no complaints and no rave review factors. But the front door bellman / host Prince really made the difference for my stay. So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip. "
