"Staff was great. Shuttle was a life saver and worth the money. The shampoo and body wash in the shower would not dispense. King bed very comfortable. Glad there was a safe to use in the room. AV in room worked well. 7th floor at elevators the wall paper was healing away from wall by the buttons. Need more seating at bar before you get to the casino. The dog restaurant inside the casino could have been better but at 1 am your just glad somethings open. Room was clean."

"Sigh, I'm not sure where to start. We've been using this location multiple times a year, both to visit our kids and as a launch point for trips away. It WAS nice, started downhill, got a bit better, and is headed down again. For the hotel to look nice, the floors MUST be clean; it appears that every carpet was stained. Asking the front desk to also cover the brealast area is a bit much. Ending the airport transport with no notice was an unpleasant discovery. Bottom line? After using this hotel for years, the combination of things has piled up to the point we will be finding a new place in St. Louis."
