The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, oddor-free, and quiet (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast was typical for a 2.5 star hotel and nothing to complain about. Parking space was ample. Did not use the in pool but it looked nice. There are many eating places nearby. Overall we would stay here again.

The room was very clean with the exception of the carpet. There were numerous dirty spots and it needed a good cleaning. Breakfast fine but not as nearly as good as last year or at other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The lobby restrooms weren't clean. Maybe they were having a staffing problem or something because I definitely rated the same hotel 5 stars last year.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to keep adjusting the temperature from the air conditioner to the heater throughout the night. The lighting in the room has an odd greenish-yellow tint - don't try to get ready and do your makeup. There is no water provided in the room or in the lobby. You have to either buy it from the sundries or use the hallway water fountain. The walls are very thin.

We would stay here again!

This hotel has been renovated. Rooms are nice and clean long with the bathrooms. Beds were cozy. Shower had GREAT water pressure. It was probably one of the best hotel showers ever. Great location near activities and restaurants.
