Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted by a very friendly young man who got us checked in quite quickly. We made our way to a spacious room with a moveable desk, loveseat/sleeper and king bed. The room design is modern retro with a wall cabinet enclosing the small refrigerator that screams 1970s design. The shower "enclosure" was an open design with plenty of depth for 2. Sitting the shower of results on a beautiful metallic ring as the shower head drips onto the drain cover. The large TV is mounted on a swivel mount to adjust it's viewing angle to your liking. The only negative I noted is that loveseat. It's quite probably the most uncomfortable, badly designed seating I've ever experienced. The shape is odd. The back is very deep from the seat front. It's difficult to just get comfortable sitting. Sleeping might be another story. I would still recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the St Louis area.

Overall, everything was fine! Hotel is in a nice, seemingly safe and clean anrea. Upon entering the property, staff wasn’t readily available at the front desk but did eventually see me and come out from around the corner to help. She was friendly and checked me in quickly. The room was clean overall, but I did have to request linens for the pull out bed because they weren’t in the room (not sure if this is standard or if they were missed). They were brought to the room within a few minutes. Pull out mattress had some crumbs/others remnants of guests that just made it clear it hadn’t been checked since… who knows and one of the coffee stirrer packages had been opened/used. Those were the only minor things we noticed. We had a room next to the elevator which I was initially hesitant about but was not an issue. The pool was great, the bed was comfortable and my family slept very well. Breakfast was not offered the next morning because the Bistro was closed so a complimentary breakfast was offered at the Residence Inn next door, though we did not partake. We would consider staying again.

We loved this property! Stayed 2 nights in town for the girls soccer championship and can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff was and how much we liked the room. It was really spacious and had all the amenities you’d expect these days. Asked to be further from any soccer teams and our room was SUPER quiet at the end of a hallway. They even had complimentary detergent and dryer sheets, which was a plus (soccer creates laundry you know). It was attached to a Residence Inn and the grounds were beautiful. Within really close driving to food and entertainment, definitely one of the more beautiful areas of St. Louis! Would stay here again and again.
