No balcony, no refrigerator, no safety deposit box in room. When i asked about a balcony room, only reply was , ' there are none ' without even checking

Canto is an older resort. Check in process could be better. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly! We had breakfast provided daily and it was never correct. Some staff unable to understand English so order was never correct. When the food came out it was cold.
