Itare Beach House was wonderful! Our unit was very spacious with a great balcony. Our unit was exactly as pictured on Expedia. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed the shower, the water pressure was nice. Love the chai tea iced latte at the restaurant downstairs. My son enjoyed the pool. Finally, I liked that there was a washer and dryer at the basement.

We were very happy with our stay. We had a commanding view of the bay on the 5th floor and really appreciated being seconds from the beach. The pool area was clean and well appointed with chairs and umbrellas. The sitting areas inside the hotel were nice and served well when waiting for a car/Uber. Staff were very kind and made us feel welcome. The restaurant attached to the hotel was decent, but it proved worth the walk to the Malecón and central business district only minutes away where many excellent restaurants exist. Our room was kept up even better than expected and when I mentioned that the automatic lighting in the hallway was waking us up at night when people would enter the hallway, they made a makeshift exterior blind for our window. Remember to tip the housekeeping staff. There is only a few items that we had to mention, 1 of which many have, which is the drain system returns a sewage smell into the room that while we got used to it, was unpleasant and could be almost intolerable at times. I wish I didn’t have this concern as it is a blight on a nearly perfect stay.

This small hotel has amazing views. The staff is hands down 5 stars! Every person including the night watchmen were so nice and very attentive. Our room had a bathroom leak and withing 20min they moved us to another room that had the same beautiful views. Make sure you download the app Whats app. It’s the best form of communication out there. The hotel even let me borrow 500 pesos which is about $50 so I could go get my American money exchanged. Who does that? Itare does!! And the cafe downstairs was so damn good! The service and the food was the best we had of all the restaurants. Just a heads up it’s a construction area right now so the roads a bit rough. But the locals make up with their kindness!

Staff were very kind and attentive. On day 2 we noticed that the refrigerator was not keeping our food cold enough. Within 10 minutes a manager and a technician came to the room and fixed the problem. The room was also cleaned regularly and towels were replaced with clean towels. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend! Gorgeous view, kitchen, great working ac, restaurant on site was amazing. Everyone was so nice and everything about our stay was great. El personal fue muy amable, la habitación está hermosa, limpia y el área de cocina con todo lo necesario. La alberca está calientita, la playa super cerca, a unos pasos. Definitivamente volveremos! Excelente experiencia. Lo único que no me gustó, fueron las personas que NO siguieron el reglamento que te leen desde un inicio, en su mayoría extranjeros. Lamentable, porque todos somos responsables de la higiene y condiciones de las áreas comunes. Por lo demás el lugar es un 10 de 10.

El tamaño del cuarto está perfecto y bien equipadas todo funciona bien, hay mucho espacio. El hotel y piscina estaba siempre limpio. La playa bien cercas. No hay tanta variedad de lugares donde comer pero está normal. En cuanto servicio a cliente está Itzel nos atendió súper bien. Solamente que había un chavo wero en recepción que medio mamon.
