"Really welcoming and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Had evening meal in the pub and even though they had two large groups in for Christmas meals they looked after us really well. Staff are the standout but the place overall was great"

"We had our Christmas party here last night. We could not fault anything, staff were fantastic, along with the food and DJ, nothing was a problem.
Room was great and check in was busy, but liked the way somebody walked the queue to offer tea and coffee. "
"Great venue. Attended a works meal with Vector Design. The serving staff were amazing.
Parking was an issue when we arrived, but speedily sorted out. A great overall experience. Would love to come back for a longer trip."
"I really liked it. Lots of stairs so be aware if you have big bags. But safe, cozy, really comfortable beds and super great location.
Yes it is abit old but honestly many big hotel chains charge double -triple and are also old looking so great for the price and it was super clean and tidy."
"Hotel was fabulous, great room, lovely staff and such an easy walk into the centre of Oxford. Perfect for a two night stay. Super food in the restaurant too."
