"No AC in the middle of a heatwave. The room was 100 degrees. At $400 per night they need to figure out this issue. Absolutely miserable. Check in was 1.5 hours late. Terrible water pressure in shower. Only redeeming thing was great staff."

"I love this hotel. My parents had their wedding reception there in 1943. The tea in Alice's was perfection, and my room was out of a Beatrix Potter storybook.
