"Hotel is very tidy and the service good. The food in the restaurant is top notch so we can highly recommend it. The breakfast is a well stocked self service and held in the restaurant area which is pleasant although lacks a bit of character. We would suggest that the staff should ask whether this is your first day when going into breakfast otherwise you sit at the table you’re shown to and wonder whether you should wait to be served or help yourself. "What luxury! The bed the sheets the shower. I had a rough few nights in prior hotels with various issues so it was such a joy to come to the Randolph. All the staff, at the desk at the bar in the hallways! were so welcoming so friendly and helpful. Please, everyone treat yourself to some luxury "

"Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Really nice staff and helpful. Only downside was the sofa bed had a thinner duvet so it was cold, and the desk space was really small so not much space to put stuff down."
