"Very nice and clean hotel. We booked this hotel at the very last minute and didn't have much time to read the fine print of everything, but in order to use the pool/hot tub you need to sign up down at the pool. It isn't an issue if there isn't many people but if it's busy you'll need to reserve a spot. It wasn't a big deal- we went down, signed our names, and went right in. It was a pretty good location for walking to different stores."

"This is about the 5th time i have stayed here. Each time the cost has increased. The bread pudding in the restaurant is to die for. Grab yourself a slice."

"Rooms were very nice and clean. My only complaint was the highway noise and garabage dumpsters being emptied at 5 am. The check in staff were very pleasant as well as the cleaning staff. The location was ideal for our vacation as we could walk to Rate Field to cheer on the White Sox and the area felt very safe."

"A great option if you’re attending a conference at McCormick Place. The rooms are clean and updated, staff was friendly, there is a sky bridge to the conference center, and the lobby has a Starbucks."
