"It was a great place to stay in Tagaytay. The staff is so accomodating and their deck is a great place to unwind in the cool nights. I suggest that you get the rooms that has Taal View if you are easily bothered by car souns, coz my room is by road side. Overall, its a great place."

"I booked through you so I dont know what is your agteement with this hotel. As the detsils of my booking was not followed during the stay of my daughters, it should be 2 double bed, thete should be 2 free breakfast, no toiletries provided, not even bottled water. you said that there's no need to call the hotel as my booking was already confirmed. it stated n your site that check in was 24 hours, no consideration was given to my daughters, they have waited in the lobby until 2 pm. "Was here for a wedding, the hotel placed me and my partner in a totally different building. Which was very dirty and the washroom smells terribly. When we asked the reception they said they are not allowed to checked us in into the building that we reserved because it was booked exclusively for someone’s 82nd birthday. Keep in mind we did not book this hotel last minute, we booked this almost a year ago for the wedding. "
