"Property is generally clean, quiet, good business location, fairly close to MIA. Bed was comfortable, with HVAC effective and not loud. It is very basic property, with simple accommodations. There was no breakfast, just some coffee and muffins. Room was clean, with minimalist approach. "

"Shanice was extremely professional and helpful. We got in early from a cruise, which usually disembarks in the early morning. We didn’t have anywhere to go so we went to the hotel early and she worked on getting us our room early. Meanwhile we were told we could have breakfast while they worked on getting our room ready. Other hotels have not been as accommodating and would have made us wait til check in time. What could have been a 7 hour wait to check in was a 3.5 hour wait with them expediting the room cleaning. It was amazing seeing as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience with wonderful staff. "
